At Mindful Insights, we provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and work through their thoughts and emotions. Our team comes from a strong academic background in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and works with schools, colleges, and organizations to provide structured learning experiences. We engage students, teachers, and professionals through evidence-based sessions that address real-life emotional and behavioral challenges. Mindful Insights is dedicated to creating safe learning environments where mental health awareness can grow. We are passionate about education and have successfully conducted many seminars and workshops across educational institutions.

 

We are experienced in delivering sessions on depression, anger management, anxiety (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias), obsessive-compulsive disorder, complex trauma, grief, and interpersonal relationship skills.

Frequently Asked Questions

Online counseling is conducted through secure audio or video calls. After you book an appointment, you will receive a Google Meet link or a WhatsApp contact approximately five minutes before your scheduled session, allowing you to join easily from your phone, tablet, or computer — with no downloads required. Yes. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. As you consider beginning therapy, you may have questions about the process and what to expect. This section is designed to address common concerns and help you feel.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. If you cannot attend due to internet issues or any other reason at the time of your session, please inform us immediately. The session can then be rescheduled by paying 40% of the session fee.
Do you provide therapy for children or teens?
Yes, we offer therapy for children and teens, tailored to their age and needs in a safe and supportive environment.
Do I need any special equipment?
You just need a good internet connection, a device (phone, tablet, or computer), and a quiet space where you can focus without distractions.
What issues can I discuss in therapy?
You can talk about anything that affects your mental or emotional well-being, including stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship problems, trauma, low self-confidence, work or academic pressure, and life changes. Therapy is a safe space to discuss whatever matters most to you.
Can I take therapy from outside of Bangladesh (or from abroad)?
Yes. Clients from outside Bangladesh can take therapy through audio or video sessions via Google Meet or WhatsApp, making it easy to attend from anywhere in the world.
How long is each session?
Individual sessions last 45–55 minutes, couple sessions 80–90 minutes, and group sessions 100–120 minutes.
